海洋教育视域下"海盲现象"的深层解析

摘要
海洋教育与海洋强国战略有着内在的、本质的、必然的联系,海洋强国构成了海洋教育的重要内容,为海洋教育发展指明了方向,海洋教育则为海洋强国建设奠定了坚实的思想之基.海洋教育不仅关系到我国社会主义现代化建设的进程,而且还影响到中华民族的复兴大业.由于受到传统教育模式以及海洋意识淡薄的影响,我国海洋教育存在明显缺失与不足,导致"海盲现象"普遍存在.一个"海盲现象"充斥的国度是无法建设海洋强国的.因此,必须像消除"文盲""法盲"那样消除"海盲",切实做到进一步发挥学校在海洋教育中的基础作用.在教科书及相关读物中加重海洋国情教育内容.继续发挥政府、媒体及涉海高校在海洋教育中的组织和推广作用,在推进海洋教育普及发展中,为海洋强国建设注入源动力.
Abstract
Between marine education and the marine power strategy exists an intrinsic,essential,and necessary connection.Marine power represents a crucial aspect of marine education,providing direc-tion for its development;conversely,marine education establishes a strong ideological foundation for constructing our country into a marine power.Marine education is not only relevant to China's so-cialist modernization but also influences the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,marine ed-ucation in China is at present suffering from deficiencies and inadequacies due to the influence of tra-ditional educational models and weak marine awareness.This leads to the prevalence of"sea blind-ness"within the country,thereby hindering it from becoming a marine power.Thus,it is imperative to address this issue urgently,just like dealing with illiteracy and legal illiteracy.To this end,several measures must be taken,including enhancing the essential role of schools in promoting marine edu-cation and emphasizing the marine conditions of our country in textbooks and related reading materi-als.Additionally,it is also of great significance to inspire the government,media,and marine re-search-involved universities to perform their organizing and promoting functions in marine education.The implementation of these measures will inject a source of power into the construction of marine power in the process of popularizing and developing marine education.
