热休克蛋白进化及生物学功能研究进展

热休克蛋白(HSPs)是在生物体受到外界物理、化学和环境等刺激或者热休克、感染等胁迫下而产生的一类蛋白.同时,HSPs还存在组成型表达.HSPs普遍存在于各个生物体中,作为一种分子伴侣在生物蛋白质折叠、转运、表达等方面发挥着重要作用.虽然大部分HSPs在物种中高度保守,但是仍有少许HSPs在进化中存在差异,这些差异预示着HSPs在不同物种间存在不同的功能.近阶段,HSPs在对抗疾病(如肿瘤、粥样动脉硬化和新型冠状病毒肺炎等)和相关药物研发方面受到关注.对近些年来HSPs蛋白的进化与功能进行全面概述,期望可以为HSPs相关研究提供借鉴.
Research progress on function and evolution of heat shock protein
Heat shock protein(HSP)is a kind of protein produced when organisms are stimulated by external physical,chemical,environment or stressed by heat shock,infection and others.In addition to this expression,there is constitutive expression of heat shock protein.Heat shock proteins are u-biquitous in various organisms and play an important role as a molecular chaperone in biological pro-tein folding,transport and expression.Although most heat shock proteins are highly conserved across species,a few HSPs are also different in evolution,indicating that HSPs has different func-tions in different species.Recently,heat shock proteins have attracted attention in the fight against diseases(such as tumor,atherosclerosis and COVID-19,etc.)and in drug research and development.This paper reviews the function and evolution of HSPs proteins in recent years,which is expected to improve the related research of HSPs.
