开放式创新与知识产权风险——"开放悖论"情境下的互惠性控制分析

摘要
进入数字化、共生经济、知识经济时代,开放式创新成为当前科技领域一种重要的创新模式,但其一直被"开放悖论"所困扰.知识产权合作属于开放式创新的一个重要环节,同样存在着知识产权"开放悖论",引发知识产权流失风险和知识产权转化风险.互惠性经济理论的兴起为开放式创新中知识产权风险的控制提出了新的思维模式,实证性研究揭示了互惠性偏好下知识产权风险控制的微观机理,提出互惠性深化的具体策略,包括领导层重视互惠性战略实施、善于选择互惠性合作伙伴、培育企业互惠性文化、重视知识产权流失风险互惠性控制等,从而为开放式创新的深入推进提供现实性的理论借鉴.
Abstract
In the era of digitalization,symbiotic economy and knowledge economy,open innovation has become an important innovation mode in the current field of science and technology.However it has been troubled by the"open paradox".Intellectual property cooperation is an important link of open innovation,and there is also the"open paradox"of intellectual property,which causes the risk of intellectual property loss and the risk of intellectual property transformation.The rise of reciprocity economic theory for open innovation of intellectual property risk control puts forward a new mode of thinking.Empirical research reveals the reciprocity preference microscopic mechanism of intellectual property risk control,put forward the specific strategy of reciprocity deepening,including the leadership attaches great importance to reciprocity strategy implementation,good at selecting reciprocity partners,cul-tivating enterprise reciprocity culture,attaches great importance to the loss of intellectual property rights risk reciprocity control,etc,to open innovation deepening provide realistic theory reference.
