Research on compensation system in higher education institutions
The compensation system plays a crucial role in attracting and stabilizing talent in universi-ties,as well as influencing employees'work attitudes.A reasonable compensation system in univer-sities can enhance teachers'work enthusiasm,improve the core competitiveness of universities,and further promote the development of education.By analyzing the current status and existing problems of the compensation system in Chinese universities,this article proposes suggestions for the design of the compensation system in terms of system construction,assessment system improvement,and other aspects,aiming to promote the establishment of a compensation system that is in line with na-tional conditions and has unique characteristics for universities.
