废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料力学性能研究

为加强永久性路面建设,提高气候温度易变地区沥青路面路用性能,本文对掺 60 目废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料进行研究.测定不同橡胶颗粒掺量(12%、14%、16%和 18%)对改性沥青基本性能的影响;通过冻融劈裂试验和小梁弯曲疲劳试验测定沥青混合料力学性能.结果表明,随着橡胶颗粒掺量增加,改性沥青质地变硬,黏性逐渐增大,交联作用逐渐增强.当采用AC-16 型级配,最佳油石比为 6.0%,橡胶颗粒掺量为 16%制备试件,混合料冻融劈裂强度比和疲劳寿命最大,具有较好的力学性能.
Study on Mechanical Properties of Asphalt Mixture Modified by Waste Rubber Particles
In order to strengthen the construction of permanent pavement and improve the road perfor-mance of asphalt pavement in the area of changeable climate temperature.The modified asphalt mixture with 60 mesh waste rubber particles was studied.The effects of different rubber particle content(12%,14%,16%and 18%)on the basic properties of modified asphalt were determined.The mechanical proper-ties of asphalt mixture were determined by freeze-thaw splitting test and trabecular bending fatigue test.The results showed that with the increase of rubber particle content,the texture of modified asphalt became hard,the viscosity gradually increased,and the crosslinking effect gradually increased.When AC-16 grad-ing was adopted,the optimum oil stone ratio was 6.0%and the rubber particle content was 16%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and fatigue life of the mixture were the largest,and the mechanical properties were better.
