小断面隧洞应用于井巷工程、输水泄洪工程、电力工程等,受岩体完整性、掘进工艺、隧洞断面形式影响,围岩压力存在一定差异性.针对某Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩小断面泄洪隧洞围岩压力计算问题,开展了围岩压力计算方法和影响因素分析工作.研究表明:公路隧道设计规范综合考虑了岩体基本质量等级、开挖宽度、塌落拱范围等因素,较为适宜Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩的压力计算;Ⅴ级围岩段自稳性差,注浆初期支护作用难以发挥,易发生拱顶岩体冒落;圆拱直墙小断面隧洞的矢高大于 1.0m后,垂直分布压力、水平分布压力衰减加快,岩体整体性越差(Ⅴ级围岩),衰减越快.
Analyzing the Calculation of Surrounding Rock Pressure and the Influencing Factors for Small Section Tunnel with Ⅳ and Ⅴ Grade Surrounding Rock
The small section tunnel(SST)is widely used in mine works,water conveyance and flood discharge engineering,electric power engineering,and so on.Due to the influence of rock integrity,excava-tion technology,and the cross-section type of SST,there are some differences in the surrounding rock pressure(SRP)of tunnel.Based on calculating SRP of SST with Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade surrounding rock,the calculation of SRP and the analysis of influencing factors were carried out.The research shows that,(1)In the design code of highway tunnel(DCHT),the basic quality grade of rock mass,excavation width and collapse arch range are comprehensively considered,so its method is more suitable for SRP of small section tunnel with Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade surrounding rock;(2)The Ⅴ grade surrounding rock section basically has no self-stability,and the initial support of grouting is not to take effect,and the tunnel vault is prone to rock fall.(3)When the arch rise of the small section tunnel of the circular arch straight wall is greater than 1.0 m,the attenuation of SRP is accelerated,and the worse the integrity of the rock mass(Ⅴ-level surrounding rock),the faster the attenuation.
