摘要

输水管桥施工质量是保障其安全运营的基础,本文以渭河管桥主桥部分施工为例,结合相应的地质勘察资料,对该工程施工进行深入分析研究,所得结论如下:(1)该工程工期紧、任务重,应在进场前做好充足的调研和准备.(2)应针对施工区地质和水文情况,因地制宜地设计施工方案,并提前做好调度安排.(3)施工以工程设计要求为基准,根据工程实际情况进行实时的计算与调整,以确保管桥各结构受力符合要求.(4)针对输水管道安装的特殊性,提出相应的施工方案,以保证施工质量与运营安全.

Abstract

The construction quality of the water pipeline bridge is the basis for its safe operation.Taking the construction of the main bridge part of the Weihe River pipeline bridge as an example,it combines the corresponding geological investigation data,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the construction of the project,and the conclusions obtained are as follows.(1)The project has a tight schedule and heavy work-load,and sufficient research and preparation should be done before entering the site.(2)The construction plan should be designed according to the geological and hydrological conditions of the construction area,and the scheduling arrangements should be made in advance.(3)Construction is based on engineering de-sign requirements,and real-time calculations and adjustments are made according to engineering practice to ensure that the force of each structure of the pipe bridge meets the requirements.(4)For the special char-acteristics of the water pipeline installation,the corresponding construction plan is proposed to ensure the construction quality and operation safety.
