It is analyzed and selected materials for a lightweight brake lining back plate by using bonding method to assemble sample.By comparing different vehicle models,a suitable vehicle model is ultimately selected.After installation and debugging on the actual vehicle,a comprehensive road test was conducted.Through the analysis of test data and sample entity,the feasibility of the design of the lightweight brake friction plate backplate and its applicability to unmanned vehicles are verified.The ideas for further opti-mization of materials and future development prospects are discussed.
