Research on Supporting Mechanism of Higher Vocational Development of Teachers
It is an important task for the reform and development of higher vocational colleges to build a high-level teaching staff.Teaching staff is the key force to support the reform and development of higher vocational education,is an important resource for the development of higher vocational education,and re-flects the soft power of a higher vocational college.It is analyzed the necessity of constructing higher voca-tional teachers'career development support mechanism that higher vocational teachers'career development should include the cultivation of professional quality,the development of educational concepts and teaching methods,as well as career development and training opportunities;that the construction of vocational teach-ers'career development support mechanism should be guided by teachers'ethics and style to improve teachers'comprehensive quality to build a cascade teacher training system to meet the needs of teachers'career development at different stages,establish scientific evaluation standards for teachers to evaluate their performance objectively and fairly,and continue to improve the incentive mechanism for teachers'career development to maximize the potential of teachers.
