新时期高职优化思政课教学评价体系不仅是回应思政教育政策要求的必然选择,还是贯彻落实立德树人目标、深化思政课教学改革的客观需要.针对当前高职思政课教学评价体系建设存在的指标单一、内容不全、方式传统、反馈滞后等问题,关键要从完善指标、丰富要素、效能导向、技术赋能四个方面出发,通过创建多维化、可量化评价标准,增加阶段性、形成性评价内容,探索融合化、激励化评价方式,实现实时化、全程化评价驱动,促进高职思政课教学评价体系的持续优化,为深化高职思政课教学改革提供助力.
Research on the Optimization Path of the Teaching Evaluation System for Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era
In the new era,optimizing the evaluation system of ideological and political education in voca-tional colleges is not only an inevitable choice in response to the requirements of ideological and political education policies,but also an objective need to implement the goal of cultivating morality and deepening the reform of ideological and political education.In response to the problems of single indicators,incom-plete content,traditional methods,and delayed feedback in the construction of the current evaluation system for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,the key is to start from four aspects:improving indicators,enriching elements,guiding effectiveness,and empowering technology.By creating multidimensional and quantifiable evaluation standards,increasing phased and formative evaluation content,exploring integrated and incentivized evaluation methods,and achieving real-time and full process evalua-tion driven,Promote the continuous optimization of the evaluation system for ideological and political edu-cation in vocational colleges,and provide assistance for deepening the reform of ideological and political e-ducation in vocational colleges.
