高性能高黏性改性沥青性能研究

依托实际工程,对高性能高黏性改性沥青于道路施工中的应用进行研究,从原材料选择出发,对HVA-H高黏性改性沥青、HVA高黏性改性沥青、粉末高黏性改性沥青分别进行针入度、软化点、延度及黏度试验,研究其流动性、温度敏感性、塑性及黏度.试验结果表明:HVA-H的温度敏感性、流动性、塑性及黏度性能最佳,在施工过程中可选用HVA-H作为高黏性改性剂.
Study on Properties of High Performance and High Viscosity Modified Asphalt
Based on practical projects,the application of high performance and high viscosity modified as-phalt in road construction was studied.Starting from the selection of raw materials,the needle penetration,softening point and viscosity of HVA-H high viscosity modified asphalt,HVA high viscosity modified as-phalt and powder high viscosity modified asphalt were respectively tested to study their fluidity,tempera-ture sensitivity,plasticity,and viscosity.The test results show that the temperature sensitivity,fluidity,plas-ticity,and viscosity of HVA-H are the best.HVA-H can be used as a high viscosity modifier in the con-struction process.
