低温条件下薄SBS改性沥青路面结构层研究

为减少低温地区沥青路面病害发生,改善沥青路面使用寿命,本文对低温条件下薄SBS改性路面结构层展开研究.分析低温环境沥青路面病害成因,采用SBS改性剂制备改性沥青,并对改性沥青高温、低温流变性能进行测试;最后对SBS改性沥青混合料小梁试件低温蠕变速率进行测试,评价其低温抗裂性能.结果表明:随着SBS改性剂掺量增大,改性沥青高温流变性能提升,体温流变性能降低;当SBS改性剂掺量为4.6%时,高温流变性能最佳,低温流变性能最低;当采用AC-13级配类型,最佳油石比为5.3%制备改性沥青混合料,试件在-20℃时,小梁蠕变速率最大,低温抗裂性能较好,可有效改善低温条件下路面使用状况.
Study on Structural Layer of Thin SBS Modified Asphalt Pavement at Low Temperature
In order to reduce the occurrence of asphalt pavement diseases in low temperature areas and improve the service life of asphalt pavement,it is studied the thin SBS modified pavement mechanism layer under low temperature conditions.The causes of asphalt pavement disease in low temperature environment were analyzed,the modified asphalt was prepared with SBS modifier,and the rheological properties of the modified asphalt were tested at high and low temperatures.Finally,the low temperature creep rate of SBS modified asphalt mixture trabecula specimen was tested to evaluate its low temperature crack resistance.The results show that with the increase of SBS modifier content,the high temperature rheological property of modified asphalt increases,while the temperature rheological property decreases.When the content of SBS modifier is 4.6%,the rheological properties at high temperature are the best and the lowest at low temperature.When AC-13 grading type was used to prepare modified asphalt mixture with the optimum oil to stone ratio of 5.3%,the trabecular creep rate was the highest and the low temperature crack resistance was better at-20℃.The results can effectively improve the pavement use condition under low temperature conditions.
