Study on material optimization of graded macadam base asphalt pavement
In order to alleviate the surface diseases of graded macadam base asphalt pavement,the appli-cation effect of graded macadam base asphalt pavement material was optimized.In this paper,AC-13,AC-20 and AC-25 are designed respectively.Marshall test was used to detect the best ratio of oil to stone for each type of mixture.The application effect of different types of asphalt mixture was evaluated by measur-ing the rutting resistance and dynamic modulus of the mixture.The results show that the addition of 0.35％PE anti-rutting agent has a significant effect on the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture,and the high modulus asphalt mixture is suitable for the asphalt surface with good low temperature performance and water stability.
