Innovation of the"3+2"Talent Training Model of Modern Apprenticeship System Based on the 1+X Certificate System
The"3+2"talent training model of three days in the enterprise and two days in the school is a new stage actively explored and a key task for comprehensive promotion of modern apprenticeship system,which has inherent advantages in implementing the 1+X certificate system.With the in-depth analysis of the practical significance of the integration of the two,it is proposed a series of reform and innovation strategies from aspects of building a trinity education pattern,flexible education system,and innovative practical education forms,to provide certain reference for promoting the reform of traditional talent training mode and comprehensively improving students'practical ability and employment skills.
