PPA/SBR复合改性沥青混合料性能研究

为提高多聚磷酸和SBR复合改性沥青材料抗老化和路用性能,保证公路路面稳定性延长使用寿命.本文采用AC-16 级配类型,最佳油石比为 5.0%制备试件,利用四点弯曲疲劳试验、低温弯曲测试、浸水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验,评价复合改性沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂性以及水稳性.试验结果表明,PPA和SBR改性沥青材料复掺后显著提升沥青混合料抗疲劳性能和水稳定性,但PPA含量过高对混合料低温性能不利,结合工程实际,最终确定按照 3.0%SBR+1.0%PPA制备复合改性沥青混合料性能最佳.
Study on Properties of PPA/SBR Composite Modified Asphalt Mixture
In order to improve the anti-aging and road performance of poly-phosphate and SBR com-posite modified asphalt material,ensure the stability of highway pavement and extend its lifespan.In this paper,AC-16 graded specimens were prepared with an optimum oil to stone ratio of 5.0%.The fatigue re-sistance,low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of the composite modified asphalt mixture were measured by four-point bending fatigue test,low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The test results show that the fatigue resistance and water stability of the as-phalt mixture are significantly improved after the addition of PPA and SBR modified asphalt material,but the high content of PPA is unfavorable to the low temperature performance of the mixture.Combined with the engineering practice,it is finally determined that the performance of the composite modified asphalt mixture is best prepared according to 3.0%SBR+1.0%PPA.
