Rethinking on the Identification of Age and Seniority in the Review of Cadre Personnel Files
Three seniorities,two seniorities and one identity is the key point of cadre personnel file ex-amination.When dealing with the retirement of cadres,the time of birth and the time of participating in work directly affect the retirement pension of cadres themselves,affect the vital interests of retirees,and af-fect the sense of gain,happiness and security of retirees.In the recent policy issued by the state,it pointed out the determination methods of date of birth and date of employment of cadres.The article holds that the principle of identification should be used flexibly in the identification of the date of birth of cadres.
