摘要
深化职工之家建设是建立中国特色社会主义工会的重要组成,将工会组织真正建设成为名副其实的职工之家是工会建设当前以及今后一个时期的重要任务,如何建设并建好职工之家、如何创新建设职工之家的思路、方法、措施,使职工之家切实成为联系职工、服务职工、维护职工的有效平台,是本文着力探索的方向和研究的重点.
Abstract
Deepening the construction of staff and workers'homes is an important component of estab-lishing trade unions with Chinese characteristics.Truly making trade unions veritable homes for staff and workers is a key task for the construction of trade unions at present and for some time to come.This paper focuses on exploring the direction and key points of research on how to build and improve staff and work-ers'homes,how to innovate the ideas,methods,and measures for building staff and workers'homes,and how to effectively turn staff and workers'homes into a means of connecting with staff,serving staff,and protecting their rights.
