Since 2020,China's live broadcast industry has ushered in explosive growth,the market de-mand for live broadcasting talents has also risen sharply.As an important position for talent cultivation and output,higher vocational colleges and universities have the responsibility and obligation to adjust their teaching direction and increase their teaching focus in a timely manner,so as to adapt to the development trend of the industry and to deliver skillful graduates with competitiveness.Live broadcasting is a new trend in market development.In order to cultivate accurate talents,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges and universities to carry out in-depth cooperation with enterprises,explore and practice industry-teaching fusion parenting model,jointly explore the skill points of live broadcasting positions and reconstruct course content specifically and pointedly.In addition,higher vocational colleges and universities should also adopt the mode of"introduction",inviting enterprises to build productive live bases and introducing real projects into the classroom,in order to cultivate live talents who meet the requirements of enterprises and are com-petent for live positions.
