摘要
新形势下高职院校推动学生管理工作智能化转型既是顺应数字智能时代发展的客观要求,又是遵循高职教育发展规律的必然选择,还是促进学生管理提质增效的内在需要.针对当前高职学生管理工作普遍存在的思维观念陈旧、组织结构封闭、平台建设滞后、保障机制不善等问题,亟需以需求驱动为导向、以协同协作为基础、以平台开发为支撑、以制度规范为保障,重塑管理理念、优化组织结构、改进管理流程、加强管理评价,以此助力高职院校智能化学生管理工作体系的建设.
Abstract
Under the new situation,promoting the intelligent transformation of student manage-ment in vocational colleges is not only an objective requirement to comply with the development of the dig-ital intelligence era,but also an inevitable choice to follow the development laws of vocational education,and an inherent need to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency in student management.In re-sponse to the common problems in the management of vocational college students,such as outdated think-ing concepts,closed organizational structures,lagging platform construction,and poor guarantee mecha-nisms,it is urgent to reshape management concepts,optimize organizational structures,improve manage-ment processes,and strengthen management evaluation,which should be guided by demand,based on col-laborative cooperation,supported by platform development,and guaranteed by institutional norms,in order to assist in the construction of an intelligent student management system in vocational colleges.
