中职院校国际交流与合作的SWOT分析与发展策略探讨——以上海市为例

摘要
随着全球经济一体化的加速推进,中职院校国际交流与合作已成为我国职业教育发展的重要组成部分,也是提高办学质量和培养国际化人才的重要途径.本文以上海市中职院校国际交流与合作情况为例,以SWOT分析法为基本框架,从内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁四个维度对中职院校国际交流与合作的现状进行分析,并提出了一系列有针对性的发展策略,希望能够为我国中职院校国际化的健康发展提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
With the acceleration of global economic integration,international exchange and cooperation in secondary vocational schools has become an important part of the development of vocational education in China.It is also a crucial way to improve the quality of education and cultivate international talents.Taking Shanghai as an example and SWOT analysis as the basic framework,this paper analyzes the current situa-tion of international exchange and cooperation in secondary vocational schools from four dimensions:inter-nal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,and puts forward a series of targeted devel-opment strategies,hoping to provide beneficial reference for the healthy development of China's vocational schools'internationalization.
