This paper expounds the research and application of multi-functional railway track measure-ment system from the aspects of research background,development prospect,technical equipment,applica-tion and innovation.Through the introduction and application analysis of the functions of railway track sur-face translation measuring equipment,railway track inclination measuring equipment,railway track curva-ture measuring equipment and subway(tunnel)engineering boundary measuring equipment,the technical characteristics and innovation of the multi-functional railway track measurement system are highlighted.Through the field application of the railway,the multi-functional railway track measurement system has solved some practical problems for the railway maintenance,provided safety guarantee for the train opera-tion,and provided a safe and comfortable environment for the railway travel.
