偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响研究

为研究在磷酸镁水泥中掺入偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响,通过分别在磷酸镁水泥中掺入 5%、10%、15%、20%(等质量取代氧化镁)偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥进行改性,研究了不同掺量偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥凝结时间、流变参数、力学性能、体积稳定性的影响.结果表明,偏高岭土在磷酸镁水泥中,能够使磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间延长、降低磷酸镁水泥的流动度、提高磷酸镁水泥净浆的屈服强度和黏性,对力学性能和体积稳定性均有改善.随着偏高岭土的掺量从 0%增加到 20%,磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间逐渐增高,掺入 20%的偏高岭土能够使磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间延长 10min;随着偏高岭土掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥的流动性逐步降低;当偏高岭土掺量小于 10%时,磷酸镁水泥的抗折强度和抗压强度随着偏高岭土掺量的增加而提高,当掺量超过 10%时偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥的力学性能会产生不利影响;偏高岭土对磷酸镁水泥的体积稳定性有明显的改善.
Study on the Effect of Metakaolin on Properties of Magnesium Phosphate Cement
In order to study the effect of adding metakaolin into magnesium phosphate cement on the properties of magnesium phosphate cement,magnesium phosphate cement was modified by adding 5%,10%,15%and 20%(equal mass replacement of magnesium oxide)metakaolin into magnesium phosphate cement respectively.The effects of different amounts of metakaolin on the setting time,rheological param-eters,mechanical properties and volume stability of magnesium phosphate cement were studied.The results show that metakaolin in magnesium phosphate cement can prolong the setting time of magnesium phos-phate cement,reduce the fluidity of magnesium phosphate cement,improve the yield strength and viscosity of magnesium phosphate cement paste,and improve the mechanical properties and volume stability.As the content of metakaolin increases from 0%to 20%,the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement gradual-ly increases.Adding 20%metakaolin can extend the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement by 10 min.With the increase of metakaolin content,the fluidity of magnesium phosphate cement gradually decreases.When the content of metakaolin is less than 10%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of magne-sium phosphate cement increase with the increase of the content of metakaolin.When the content of metakaolin exceeds 10%,the mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement will be adversely affected.Metakaolin can significantly improve the volume stability of magnesium phosphate cement.
