Study on Protective Measures of Rain and Sewage Box Culvert and Pipeline in Short Distance under Shield Section
In view of the construction risks of shield tunneling through rain water tank culverts and large-diameter rain and sewage pipelines,a three-dimensional numerical model was established,and the existing structural deformation characteristics caused by backstop tunneling through rain and sewage tank culverts and pipelines before formation reinforcement were compared and studied.According to the field applica-tion,the reinforcement and repair technology of pipeline lining based on in-situ ultraviolet curing was studied.The results showed that:(1)The strata displacement distribution is similar before and after the shield wall rock reinforcement,and the strata settlement after reinforcement is about 30%lower than that of the unreinforced strata;(2)After the reinforcement of the surrounding rock of the shield,the number of displacement floating changes decreases,but the floating degree increases,and the final settlement value decreases;(3)The anti-disturbance deformation ability of the existing pipeline can be strengthened by taking measures to repair and strengthen the pipeline with ultraviolet in-situ curing lining.
