摘要

"双师型"教师队伍是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键基础.基于高质量发展对高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的新要求,针对人才引进、产教融合、能力水平和教师评价等"双师型"教师队伍建设的问题,从集聚师资领军人才、提升师资双师素质、健全师资培养体系和激发师资内生动力等四个维度提出高职院校"双师型"教师队伍高质量发展路径.

Abstract

"Double-qualified"teachers are essential for advancing the high-quality development of vo-cational education.In response to the new demands for high-quality development in building a"double-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational colleges,and addressing challenges such as talent recruitment,industry-education integration,skill levels,and teacher assessment,this paper proposes a path for the high-quality development of"double-qualified"teacher in higher vocational colleges from four dimensions:at-tracting top educators,enhancing the quality of double-qualified teachers,improving the teachers training system,and stimulating intrinsic motivation among teachers.
