摘要
随着高等学校毕业生数量的逐年增加,就业形势日趋严峻,大学生职业生涯规划教育的重要性日益凸显.高校辅导员作为大学生日常学习和生活最直接的管理者,对于引领大学生职业生涯规划教育的作用不言而喻.通过相关调查,分析高校辅导员引领大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,探索高校辅导员引导大学生职业生涯规划教育的对策,以期对高校辅导员指导大学生就业工作提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
With the increasing number of graduates from higher education institutions and the increasingly severe employment situation,the importance of career planning education for college students is becoming increasingly prominent.As the most direct managers of daily learning and life for college students,college counselors play an undeniable role in guiding career planning education for college students.Through rele-vant surveys,this study analyzes the current situation of college counselors guiding career planning educa-tion for college students,explores countermeasures for college counselors guiding career planning education for college students,and provides reference for college counselors guiding college student employment work.
