Construction Control of Long Span PC Continuous Beam Bridge Based on Shrinkage and Creep Effect
In view of the fact that few existing studies start from the actual bridge performance to discuss the impact of concrete shrinkage and creep effect, the creep effect of a large-span pc(prestressed concrete)continuous rigid frame bridge during the whole construction process was simulated and analyzed with the help of finite element analysis software Midas Civil. The shrinkage and creep effect of concrete has the greatest influence on the deflection of bridge superstructure, and the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep effect increases with the increase of age,but the influence degree decreases with the increase of age.In addition, the effect of concrete shrinkage and creep on the roof stress of the cantilever beam root section is greater than that of the bottom section, and this kind of shrinkage and creep will cause a large deflection of the can-tilever beam root section, resulting in a certain deformation of the bridge structure. It can be concluded that the roof at the root section of cantilever beam should be paid more attention in the design of bridge construc-tion,and the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep on the bridge structure should be fully considered.
