软岩特大跨度交叉隧道围岩封闭时效性研究

V级围岩的软岩特大跨度小净距交叉隧道工程—大庆山隧道是新渝昆高铁的重点控制工程,新建大庆山隧道初期支护围岩封闭时效性对隧道围岩稳定、既有隧道结构安全性至关重要.为此,通过三维数值仿真试验和现场监测分析等方法开展了围岩封闭时效性对新建隧道围岩变形和既有隧道结构变形的影响研究.研究结果表明:同步支护的应力释放率低于 30%,且初期支护承载能力在 24 小时内形成,两小净距交叉隧道间岩体的变形减少,降低了既有隧道的围压不均匀衰减和不均匀变形,新建隧道围岩封闭时效性较好,新建隧道初期支护拱顶相对下沉(η)介于 0.037%~0.059%,小于相关规定的 0.60%,既有隧道最大竖向变形、最大水平变形符合相关规范要求.
Study on the Sealing Timeliness of Surrounding Rock in Soft Rock Large-span cross Tunnel
The Daqing Mountain Tunnel,a soft rock super large span small clearance cross tunnel project with V-grade surrounding rock,is a key control project of the new Chongqing Kunming high-speed rail-way.The sealing efficiency of the initial support surrounding rock of the newly built Daqing Mountain Tunnel is crucial for the stability of the tunnel surrounding rock and the safety of the existing tunnel struc-ture.So,a study was conducted on the influence of rock sealing timeliness on the deformation of surround-ing rock in newly constructed tunnels and the deformation of existing tunnel structures through methods such as three-dimensional numerical simulation experiments and on-site monitoring analysis.The research results show that:if the stress release rate of synchronous support is less than 30%,and the initial support bearing capacity is formed within 24 hours,the deformation of the rock mass between two small clear dis-tance intersecting tunnels is reduced,and reduces the uneven attenuation and deformation of the existing tunnel's confining pressure.When the sealing efficiency of the surrounding rock of the new tunnel is good,and the relative settlement(α)of the initial support arch of the new tunnel is between 0.037%to 0.059%,which is less than the relevant regulations of 0.60%,the maximum vertical deformation and maximum hori-zontal deformation of the existing tunnel meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
