In order to fully utilize the abundant ice and snow resources in Shenyang,vigorously develop the ice and snow industry,and actively promote the high-quality culture,sports,and tourism integrated de-velopment demonstration base.This article expounds the great opportunity for Shenyang to vigorously de-velop its ice and snow economy,and effective measures for Shenyang to develop its ice and snow econo-my.This paper also analyzes the policy orientation of developing the ice and snow economy in Shenyang and its shortcomings.Correspondingly,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide theoretical reference for promoting the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy in Shenyang.
