Higher vocational colleges are the important field to carry out the fundamental task of estab-lishing morality and cultivating people,and management education is an important aspect of the practice of cultivating people in higher vocational colleges,which is of great significance in the practice of establishing morality and cultivating people.At present,there are some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of understanding of the concept of management education and the imperfect construction of the system of management education,for social development to provide moral and technical training of high-quality technical and technical personnel and to provide high-quality technical skills and training for social development.
