学生安全是高校学生管理工作的头等大事.辅导员在校园危机事件应对中扮演着危机事件端倪的发现者、危机事件的解决者、反思危机事件过程的总结者多重角色.新时代要求辅导员进一步提升职业能力,构建包括认知水平、育"心"潜力、预判力和应变力、协调沟通能力、总结研究能力在内的校园危机事件应对能力体系.
Abstract
Student safety is the top priority of student management in universities.Counselors play multi-ple roles in responding to campus crisis events,including discoverers of crisis events,solvers of crisis events,and summarizers of the process of reflecting on crisis events.In the new era,counselors are required to further broaden and deepen their professional abilities,and construct a campus crisis response capability system that includes cognitive level,nurturing"heart"potential,prediction and adaptability,coordination and communication skills,and summarization and research abilities.
