In the face of changes in the spectrum of human diseases,"deepening the integration of sports and health,promoting the advancement of health"is a new trend for future disease prevention and control and an important support for achieving the goal of healthy China and sports power construction.The study shows:according to the service focus of sports and medical and health in health promotion,it is clarified that active prevention with"sports as the main part and medical and health as the auxiliary part"is needed when in a healthy state,coordinated prevention with"mutual adjustment between sports and medical and health care"or communication prevention with"medical and health treatment and sports regulation"is needed when in a sub-health state.And the internal logic of physical and health integration that requires"medical and health treatment as the main and physical rehabilitation as the auxiliary"in unhealthy state;It puts forward the value mission of health integration,grasping the new cognition of health promotion,coping with the new changes of chronic disease prevention and control,changing the new role of medical and health,and shouldering the new mission of sports responsibility.
