By using the method of literature,this paper sorts out the basic connotation and value implication of the digital transformation of sports industry chain governance from the perspective of resilience,and analyzes the operating mechanism of the digital transformation of sports industry chain governance from the dimensions of governance subjects,governance means,governance structure and governance resources.Then the path of promotion is designed:consolidating the institutional foundation,optimizing the practice environment of sports industry chain governance;promoting the main body linkage and realize the coordinated promotion of sports industry chain governance;building a digital platform to enhance the risk response ability of the sports industry chain;strengthening factor support and improve the digital governance efficiency of sports industry chain.
