Strengthening the construction of China's high-end sports think tanks is an important way to promote the international discourse power of sports.By using the method of literature to explore the value,dimension and strategy of the construction of China's high-end sports think tanks to promote the international discourse power of sports.The study argues that the construction of China's high-end sports think tanks is of great value to improve China's ability to participate in global sports governance,establish China's image as a responsible sports power,and promote the foreign communication of Chinese sports thought and culture.The four dimensions of communication and interaction between China's high-end sports think tanks and the international community,the exchange of talents,the mutual sharing of achievements,and the Internet of intellectual media help to enhance the international discourse power of sports.The following strategies are put forward:strengthen sports exchanges and cooperation focusing on international vision,enhance discourse guidance;expand the training scale of international sports talents and strengthen the penetration of discourse;enhance the international influence of think tank results and the creativity of discourse;emphasize the construction of international communication matrix and enhance the communication power of discourse.
