The modernization of national traditional sports is the internal requirement of promoting the modernization of Chinese sports,and it is also the only way to realize sports power.By using the method of literature,this paper makes a logical analysis of the modernization of traditional national sports and holds that the concept of the modernization of traditional national sports comes from the goal guidance of the modernization of Chinese sports,the internal driving force of the development of traditional national sports,and the external demand of the people for the increase of their willingness to exercise.In the process of realizing the modernization of traditional national sports,we should adhere to the multi-dimensional logic of people first,self-confidence and self-reliance,integrity and innovation,problem orientation,system concept,and bearing in mind the world.It is proposed that the modernization of traditional national sports should be based on the service of the construction of sports power,unswervingly promote the creation and innovation of traditional national sports,and adhere to the open pattern of introducing and going out.The modernization of traditional national sports in the new era can effectively promote the construction of sports power,better meet the internal requirements of Chinese-style sports modernization,and give play to its own due advantages and contributions in the process of transforming a big sports country into a sports power.
