Research on the opportunities,difficulties and innovative strategies of physical education courses reform in universities under the background of healthy China
Promoting the reform of physical education in Chinese universities is an active means to carry out the national strategy of building a healthy China.By using the method of literature this paper makes an in-depth study of physical education in colleges and universities under the background of healthy China with the aim of providing reference for promoting the reform and innovation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.The results show that the strategy of healthy China provides a new development opportunity for the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities:it points out the direction for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,puts forward new requirements for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,and promotes the students to form the correct concept of"healthy China".But at present,there are some difficulties in the teaching of physical education in Chinese colleges and universities,and it is difficult to meet the needs of healthy China strategy:students do not have a deep understanding of healthy China strategy,and their sports consciousness is weak;college leaders and PE teachers lack of emphasis on PE teaching,and the teaching concept is backward;physical education teaching method is old,lack of innovation and interest;the professional ability of PE teachers needs to be improved;the teaching assessment and evaluation system is not perfect.In addition,it puts forward innovative strategies:the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities should firmly establish the educational concept of health first and all-round development;strengthen the university leaders and PE teachers to pay more attention to PE teaching;optimize course objectives and content;pay attention to the professional quality training of physical education teachers and enhance their professional ability;optimize the teaching assessment and evaluation system.
