Theoretical review,connotation and implementation strategies of collaborative innovation development of China's ice and snow industry clusters
Promoting the collaborative innovation and development of ice and snow industry clusters is not only a new method and new way to achieve high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry,but also an important way to practice"ice and snow is also gold and silver mountain".By using the method of literature,based on the theory of industrial cluster in economics and the theory of synergetics in systematics,this paper discusses the basic connotation and dynamic model of synergetics in ice and snow industry,and put forward the realization strategy of ice and snow industry cluster collaborative innovation:encourage multi-party resource sharing,dissolve the inter-working barrier between subjects;increase investment in industrial capital and innovate profit distribution among subjects;promote joint technological research and build consensus on cooperation among major bodies;improving the risk sharing model and realizing inter-subject risk avoidance strategies.It aims to provide references for the collaborative innovation and development of China's ice and snow industry clusters.
