摘要
运用文献资料法,对城市社区公共体育服务数字化转型的内在要求、现状及阻滞壁垒进行分析,并提出优化路径.结果显示:城市社区公共体育服务数字化转型的内在要求包括推动体育治理数据资源共享,促进多元治理主体协同互动,提高社区基层整体治理效能.现状为基础设施智慧化,需求识别精准化,体育服务便捷化.阻滞壁垒体现在体育数字化转型发展结构失衡,智慧化基础设施建设缓慢,数字标准化建设体系滞后,个人隐私风险阻碍数字化转型.针对上述问题提出优化路径:提升社区体育服务、管理能力、加强基础设施、数字平台建设、加快数字化标准体系建设.
Abstract
By using the method of literature,this paper analyzes the internal requirements,current situation and blocking barriers of the digital transformation of urban community public sports services,and puts forward the optimization path.The results show that the internal requirements of the digital transformation of public sports services in urban communities include promoting the sharing of sports governance data resources,promoting the collaboration and interaction of multiple governance subjects,and improving the overall governance efficiency of community grassroots.The current situation is intelligent infrastructure,precise demand identification,and convenient sports services.The blocking barriers are the imbalance of sports digital transformation development structure,the slow construction of intelligent infrastructure,the lag of digital standardization construction system,and the risk of personal privacy hindering digital transformation.In response to the above problems,the optimization path is proposed to improve community sports services,management capabilities,strengthen infrastructure,digital platform construction,and accelerate the construction of digital standard system.
