The physical medicine integration of physical health is a powerful measure to enhance adolescent physical health,and it is a multi-departmental and cross-field cooperative governance.The integration of adolescents'physical health and physical medicine from the perspective of cooperative governance is aimed at promoting adolescents'physical and mental health.The participants make use of their own professional skills and resource advantages to make joint decisions,divide responsibilities,share interests and collaborate to form a new governance process.This paper analyzes the operational framework and mechanism of the integration of adolescent physical health and physical medicine,and finds that there are problems with the current physical medicine integration of physical health in adolescents:policy implementation deviations;barriers between knowledge and skills;the conflict of interest between participating subjects;the subject confuses the problem that the rights and responsibilities are difficult to share.And it puts forward the policy of perfecting the adolescent's physical health and medical integration from the perspective of cooperative governance:establish the qualification certification system of adolescent physical health and physical medicine;explore the benefit sharing mechanism of participants;optimize the responsibility regulation of the cooperative governance mechanism of adolescent physical health and medical integration.
