体教融合视域下运动员职业发展权利保障的内在逻辑、困境与实践进路

摘要
体教融合是提高运动员文化教育水平、促进运动员全面发展、保障运动员职业发展权利实现的重要手段[1].采用文献资料法,以马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论为指导,分析体教融合视域下运动员职业发展权利实现的学理基础、内在逻辑,并对运动员职业发展准备、进入和退出三个阶段存在的困境进行审视.研究发现:运动员职业发展权利实现面临着准备阶段基础教育根基不稳、进入阶段学训矛盾突出、退出阶段就业转型困难等困境.鉴于此,提出运动员职业发展权利实践进路:切实抓好运动员职业准备阶段基础文化教育工作;协同推动运动员职业进入阶段学训共进、全面发展;积极拓宽运动员职业退出阶段退役就业安置渠道.
Abstract
The integration of sports and education is an important means to improve the level of athletes'cultural education,promote their all-round development and guarantee the realization of their career development rights[1].By using the method of literature,with the guidance of the Marxist theory of all-round human development,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and internal logic of the realization of athletes'career development rights from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,and examines the difficulties in the three stages of athletes'career development preparation,entry and exit.It is found that the realization of athletes'career development rights is faced with such difficulties as unstable foundation of basic education in the preparation stage,outstanding contradiction in learning and training in the entry stage,and difficult employment transition in the exit stage.In view of this,the author puts forward the way to practice the athletes'career development right:to do a good job in the basic cultural education in the preparation stage of athletes'career development;promote the athletes'career development into a stage of learning and training,comprehensive development;actively expand the career development of athletes at the exit stage of retirement employment placement channels.
