Research on the professional quality of physical education teachers in the new era under the diversified vision
Under the background of the rapid development of economic globalization and the accelerating process of reform and opening up in our country,multi-culture is the important trend of the development of the times.The essence is the diversification of thinking way and value concepts.The construction of new physical teaching concept is breaking through the traditional concept and setting up the teaching concept of"all for the development of every student".In order to adapt to the situation of the new curriculum reform,physical education teachers must complete the transformation of roles.By using the method of literature,this paper analyzed to explore the professional quality of physical education teachers in the new era under the diversified vision,and deeply understand their performance and influencing factors in adapting to the needs of modern society,educational reform and the diversified growth background of students,so as to provide references for improving the overall quality and teaching level of PE teachers.
