Research on the social demand and ability training of social sports professional innovation and entrepreneurship talents under the background of industry-education integration
The purpose of this study is to explore the social needs and ability training of social sports professional innovation and enterpreneurship talents under the background of industry-education integration.It is found that the demand for innovation and enterpreneurship talents in the social sports field presents a diversified and personalized trend.Innovation and enterpreneurship talents need to have comprehensive quality,interdisciplinary ability and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship to adapt to the challenges brought about by market changes and technological progress.Ability training is the key to improving competitiveness,it can provide internship and practice opportunities by strengthening cooperation,establish practical teaching base and innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platform,so as to cultivate entrepreneurial ability and practical experience.Government support and guidance is also necessary,such as formulating relevant policies,providing venture capital and tax incentives,to create a good environment for innovation and enterpreneurship talents.
