摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析东北地区冰雪体育产业一体化发展的动力机制和阻滞因素,并提出纾解路径.研究发现,东北地区冰雪体育产业一体化发展的动力机制在政府推动、资本推动、企业推动、人才拉动、资源促动等方面具有较好的发展优势.但仍存在冰雪资源依赖性过强、高校培养目标不系统、技术能力与融合机制不足、发展理念不够清晰等阻滞因素.基于此,东北地区应以整合产业资源、优化一体化发展,明确培养目标、提升人才质量,增强自主创新、开放产业发展,加强整体规划、细化政策要求促进冰雪体育产业一体化的高质量发展.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism and blocking predicament of the integrated development of ice and snow sports industry in Northeast region,and puts forward the solution path.The research finds that the driving mechanism of the integrated development of ice and snow sports industry in Northeast region has a good development foundation and advantages in the aspects of government promotion,capital promotion,enterprise promotion,talent promotion and resource promotion.However,there are still some practical difficulties,such as too strong dependence on ice and snow resources,unsystematic training goals of colleges and universities,insufficient technical ability and integration mechanism,and not clear concept of development.Based on this,Northeast region should integrate industrial resources,optimize integrated development,clarify training objectives,improve talent quality,enhance independent innovation,open industrial development,strengthen the overall planning,and refine policy requirements to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry integration.
