后冬奥时代冰雪运动培训业发展的契机、困境与纾解

摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,探析后冬奥时代我国冰雪运动培训业发展的契机与困境,并提出纾解路径.发展契机:政策体系逐步完善,为冰雪运动培训业发展提供保障;民众冰雪参与需求提升,为冰雪运动培训业发展注入动力;冰雪场地设施逐渐改善,为冰雪运动培训业发展拓宽空间.发展困境:培训质量良莠不齐;市场监管力有不逮;安全风险规避不力;区域资源分布不均.据此提出纾解路径:以标准发展为引领,保障冰雪运动培训质量;以制度建设为抓手,完善培训市场监管机制;以补足漏洞为着力,规避培训参与安全风险;以资源优配为依托,推进培训市场均衡发展.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the development opportunities and difficulties of China's ice and snow sports training industry in the post-Winter Olympics era by using the methods of literature and logic analysis,and puts forward the ways to alleviate them.Development opportunity:the policy system is gradually improved to provide protection for the development of ice and snow sports training industry block;people's demand for ice and snow participation has increased,injecting impetus into the development of ice and snow sports training industry;ice and snow venue facilities are gradually improved,widening space for the development of ice and snow sports training industry.Development dilemma:the quality of training varies;market supervision is not enough;insufficient avoidance of security risks;regional resources are unevenly distributed.Relief path:take the standard development as the guide to ensure the quality of ice and snow sports training;to improve the training market supervision mechanism with system construction as the starting point;to fill loopholes as the focus to avoid training participation security risks;based on the optimal allocation of resources,we will promote the balanced development of the training market.
