Research on our country sports reserve personnel training under the background of sports and education integration
Sports reserve personnel training is an important part of the construction of sports power,the new era of sports education integration policy promulgation not only provides an opportunity for the rapid transformation of our country sports reserve personnel training pattern,but also points out a new direction for high-quality development of reserve personnel training out of the dilemma.The present situation of the training of reserve talents in competitive sports is sorted out by means of literature and logical analysis.The research points out that:the training concept lacks implementation guidance;the multiple cooperative system has not yet formed;the contradiction of learning and training needs to be alleviated;the blockage of the flow channel of reserve talents is the main problem.It can take root by promoting the cultivation concept;construct multiple cooperative governance system;construction of learning and training integrated training mechanism;strategies such as dredging the blockage of talent flow channels are optimized.
