Study on the realistic bottleneck and precise path of high-quality development of physical medicine intergration under the active health concept——based on AGIL model analysis
Based on the AGIL model,this paper analyzes the high-quality development experience of physical medicine integration under the concept of active health,examines the development bottleneck,and puts forward the high-quality development path by using literature and field research methods.It is concluded that the following bottlenecks are faced in the process of integrative development of physical medicine:the bottleneck of adaptive function,the structural imbalance of resource supply;the goal is to reach the functional bottleneck,and the institutional guarantee system of physical and medical integration is not perfect;the bottleneck of integration function and the lack of coordinated participation of multilateral entities in governance;mode maintenance function bottleneck,residents health literacy level is low.Based on the bottleneck of reality,the development path is proposed:adapt to the function path,improve the adaptation mechanism of factor resources,and solve the structural difficulties of human and financial supply;the goal is to achieve the functional path,improve the policy guarantee system of physical and medical integration,and enhance the enabling role of social organizations;integrate functional pathways,improve the collaborative governance mechanism of multilateral actors,and reshape the relationship between main bodies;the model maintains the functional path,implements the global health literacy promotion action,and guides the people to establish a correct health view.
