By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the opportunities,risks,challenges and optimization paths in the integration and development of meta-universe and e-sports industry,in order to promote the high-quality development in the integration of meta-universe and e-sports industry.It is believed that the integration and development of meta-universe and e-sports industry has the integration of meta-universe thinking and e-sports industry,the development of meta-universe digital economy era,and the opportunity to lead mankind to the era of digital civilization.And broaden the creation space of e-sports games in the meta-universe era.It has a certain application prospect in the digital operation of e-competition.There are ethical risks caused by the development of e-sports games causing creative freedom;There are risks and challenges in digital identity information collection,such as privacy,property rights leakage risks,and the lack of virtual and real boundary sense in the picture.In view of advanced risks and challenges,it is proposed to strengthen scientific understanding and clarify the application needs of the meta-universe for the e-sports industry;tap the potential value of the industry and promote the product development of the traditional e-sports industry enabled by the meta-universe;strengthen the construction of the rule of law and promote the improvement of relevant laws of the e-sports industry in the meta-universe.
