Research on the connotation characteristics,realistic bottlenecks and mitigation strategies of accurate management of national fitness public service enabled by big data
By using the method of literature,this paper discusses the connotation characteristics,realistic bottlenecks and relief measures of the accurate management of public service demand for national fitness enabled by big data.The research holds that:big data in the national fitness public service management has the characteristics of value orientation,integration linkage,demand monitoring,and so on,and puts forward the logical framework of demand accurate perception,demand accurate clustering,demand accurate measurement,demand accurate satisfaction and demand accurate monitoring.The bottleneck in reality is that the expression mechanism is not smooth,which hinders accurate feedback;data barriers restrict data integration and sharing;information asymmetry hinders accurate identification;weak digital infrastructure impedes accurate perception.Based on the bottlenecks,the solutions are put forward:to promote the high-quality development of digital infrastructure and establish a precise demand sensing network;to build a dynamic adjustment demand list system to enhance accurate identification of demand;to build a demand accurate management model to break the data supply and demand barriers;to establish a real-time monitoring platform for demand,and build an accurate feedback mechanism for demand.
