The value implication,development dilemma and practical strategy of promoting children's physical health under"family,school and society"physical education
From the perspective of"trinity"sports co-education of family,school and society,this paper explores the value implication,development dilemmas and practical strategies of improving children's physical health by using literature and logical analysis methods.The results show that focusing on children's physical health and improving the status quo of physical education are the key to effectively prevent and restrain the decline of children's physical fitness in China,and it is also an important basis for building a healthy China,an education power and a sports power.At present,in the practice of improving children's physical health in our country,there are still problems such as the weak concept of sports co-education and lifelong sports,the difference of cultural value and the difference between urban and rural areas,the lack of venues for the development and application of children's sports,and the lack of evaluation and supervision system for children's sports.Based on this,the paper puts forward some practical strategies,such as establishing the awareness of sports co-education between family,school and community,balancing educational resources between different regions and groups,improving the opening effect of children's sports venue resources,and establishing children's physical health evaluation system.
