Sports carries the dream of national prosperity and national revitalization.Strong sports makes the country strong,and prosperous country makes sports prosperous.The comprehensive revitalization of the football,basketball and volleyball is an important content of the high-quality development of China's sports industry,and is also an essential element for China to become a sports power.Under the background of revitalizing the football,basketball and volleyball,this paper extracts the ideological and political elements of the football,basketball and volleyball public physical education course in colleges and universities,sorts out the five ideological and political elements of"selfless dedication,unity and cooperation,tenacious struggle,patriotic feelings and innovative spirit",and expounds the characteristics of the ideological and political teaching of the football,basketball and volleyball public physical education course.In view of the practical difficulties faced by the implementation of football,basketball and volleyball public physical education course,the optimization path is put forward to provide reference for the construction of public physical education course.
