Research on high-quality development of sports tourism in small towns under the background of new urbanization
This paper explores the value,dilemma and countermeasures of high-quality development of sports tourism in small towns under the background of new urbanization by using the method of literature.Research indicates that the economic value of high-quality sports tourism development in small towns includes:promoting rural revitalization and consolidating poverty alleviation results;promoting the formation of all-around tourism and driving economic development in surrounding areas;narrowing urban-rural disparities and promoting common prosperity.The cultural value includes:integrating local human resources and enriching the spiritual wealth of villagers;promoting the Chinese sports spirit and constructing a narrative logic of sports culture.The social value includes:enriching the lives of residents in small towns and assisting the process of"people's urbanization";expanding the space of sports public services and promoting the construction of a healthy China.The ecological value includes:establishing a coordinated and shared mechanism for rational use of ecological resources;raising funds for the protection of the ecological environment and forming a protective development model;raising environmental protection awareness and promoting the transformation of new and old drivers of development.At present,there are the following difficulties in the high-quality development of sports tourism in small towns:quantitative and repetitive construction of sports tourism projects without proper planning;lack of sports tourism composite talents,with poor welfare and benefits for employees;scattered promotion channels for tourist attractions,with insufficient market demand development;scattered sports tourism distribution,which is difficult to activate the chain effect of"points,lines,areas,and regions."Accordingly,the following countermeasures are proposed for the high-quality development of sports tourism in small towns:enhance the ability to develop resources and plan,and create a distinct sports tourism brand image;establish a sports tourism composite talent database and improve the welfare of employees;innovate promotion channels and enhance market demand sensitivity;build a comprehensive sports tourism complex by integrating high-quality sports tourism projects.
